These materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or used for construction on any project other than the specific project for which they were prepared without prior written authorization from [Your Business Name]. Unauthorized use, duplication, or construction from these plans is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Use of any plans is subject to the terms outlined in the applicable design agreement.

Single Use License

The residential construction plans, drawings, specifications, renderings, and related design documents (“Plans”) provided by House Plans for Building are protected by United States copyright law and international copyright treaties.

Purchase of these Plans grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to construct one (1) residential structure from the purchased Plans at one physical location.
This license permits the purchaser to provide copies of the Plans to contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and permitting authorities solely for the purpose of constructing the licensed structure. No other rights are granted.

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from House Plans for Building:
Constructing more than one structure from the Plans
Reproducing, modifying, adapting, or reusing the Plans for additional projects
Reselling, transferring, sublicensing, or distributing the Plans
Using the Plans on multiple lots or developments
Creating derivative works based on the Plans
All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with [Your Business Name]. Purchase of the Plans does not transfer copyright ownership.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or construction beyond the scope of this single-use license constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including claims for statutory damages, actual damages, and recovery of attorney’s fees as permitted by law.
Use of these Plans signifies acceptance of the terms of this Single-Use License Notice.

Multiple Use License

USE AND AUTHORIZATION LICENSE STATEMENT
This Use and Authorization License Statement (“License”) governs the use of residential construction plans (“Plans”) originally purchased from House Plans for Building.
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, the purchaser (“Licensee”) is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to construct one (1) single residential structure based on the purchased Plans. This license is strictly limited to a single-use application unless otherwise expanded in writing.
2. Restriction on Multiple Use
The Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Plans may not be reused, duplicated, reproduced, or otherwise utilized for the construction of more than one structure without prior written authorization from House Plans for Building.
3. Additional Use Requirement
Any intent to construct additional structures from the same Plans requires:

• Prior written approval from House Plans for Building; and
• Payment of the applicable additional use fee, currently set at $695.00 per additional residence, or such other amount as may be established by House Plans for Building.

4. Unauthorized Use
Construction of more than one structure without obtaining the required authorization and paying the additional use fee constitutes unauthorized use and is a violation of applicable copyright and licensing laws. House Plans for Building reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal fees.
5. No Implied Rights
No rights or licenses are granted except those expressly stated herein. Ownership of the Plans, including all intellectual property rights, remains solely with House Plans for Building.
6. Acknowledgment
By using the Plans, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this License.

NOTICE:
Construction of multiple structures from a single-use plan set without proper authorization or payment of the additional use fee is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.
